We have a number of games and competitions throughout the year as shown below. Click on the links to find out more details about these and how to enter:
Spoons
Two spoons are played each week (weather permitting) on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:45 pm and on Friday evening at 7 pm. Each person draws a rink and depending on numbers, this may be pairs, triples or rinks. Over the course of the season, players are awarded points based upon attendance and results and after the final games the winners are awarded the following trophies:
- Henderson Quaich – (Points trophy from the seasons Tuesday Spoon)
- Mackay Cup – (Points trophy from the seasons Friday Spoon)
Club Competitions
These competitions are played throughout the season. A sheet is put up on the notice board and those wishing to participate should add their names.
- Mackintosh Trophy – Open Green Championship Singles Competition – open to Ladies & Gents
- Highland Challenge Cup – Mens Championship Singles Competition
- Auldcastle Rose Bowl – Ladies Championship Singles Competition
- Highland handicap – Singles Competition – Open to Ladies & Gents
- MacTaylor Trophy – Singles Competition – Open to all Ladies & Gents who have not won s single-handed competition at the club
- Skinner Torrance Trophy – Balloted Mixed pairs – Ladies Skip – 17 ends
- Bernardi Cameron Trophy – Balloted Mixed Triples – 15 ends
- Floodlit Pairs Trophy – Pairs Competition – 17 ends
- T L Mackenzie Trophy – Three bowl pairs – Round Robin Format
- Friendship Trophy – to be advised
- Munro Cup – to be advised
- Midsummer Madness – Double Sppon on Saturday closest to Mid-summer – open to Ladies & Gents
- Bethune Quaich – Balloted Pairs – Gents

- Findlay Shield – Senior Ladies Singles

Seniors League
Mixed Triples played on Monday afternoons against local clubs.
Open Competitions
The club runs two open competitions to which other local clubs are invited to enter. One is a Ladies Pairs and the other a Mixed Pairs. Throughout the season the Club receives information about open competitions run by other Clubs in District 1. These information sheets are placed on the notice boards for the benefit of members, but anyone entering a competition run by other Clubs takes full responsibility for the entry and fee.
